I usually don’t like leaving food reviews. However, I cooked some New York Strips the same night of delivery. While New York Strips, to me are one of my least favorite cuts of meat, the steaks from Smokey Mountain Meats were nothing short of amazing. I cooked them to medium, and I could literally cut them with a spoon. Easily the best steaks I’ve bought. 10/10 would recommend to anyone. Do yourself a favor and let Justin Beal do you right. I can’t wait to try the seafood too.
